At age 20, Muhammad ﷺ participated peripherally in the sacrilegious war between Quraysh and Qays tribes during forbidden months. He helped his uncles by gathering enemy arrows for them to return, but didn't engage in fighting. This exposure to tribal warfare later influenced his views on justice.
